About SitEye
The hands-free AI interface for construction.
SitEye is developing a new way for construction professionals to interact with project information through vision, natural speech and AI.
Construction information should start where construction happens.
The vision is simple: a professional sees something, speaks naturally, SitEye captures the visual context, AI structures the instruction and the appropriate construction workflow begins while the professional continues working.
Built from the construction site
Where construction experience meets technology.
SitEye was conceived from first-hand experience of the gap between physical construction work and the digital administration that follows it.
Its founder, Marvin Juuko, has a background in software engineering and is currently studying Construction Management while working within the UK construction industry.
That combination of construction experience and technology led to a simple question:
If AI can understand what we see and say, why should construction professionals still have to stop, take out a phone, organise photographs and manually turn site observations into project information?
SitEye is being developed to explore a better interface between construction professionals and their project data — one built around vision, voice and AI.
Construction experience+Software+AI=SitEye
Built around how construction actually happens.
Construction happens in the physical world. Project information increasingly lives in the digital world. SitEye is being developed to connect the two.
Instead of requiring construction professionals to repeatedly stop and interact with screens, SitEye explores whether visual context, natural speech and AI can turn what happens on site directly into useful project information.
The site becomes the interface.
Built around construction
The product concept connects site capture, actions, evidence, verification, progress and Site Memory rather than treating them as separate tools.
Built with the industry
Early access and controlled pilots will help shape the product around real UK project workflows.
