Snag lists fail when they are slow to create and hard to close. SitEye lets you raise a snag in one sentence, routes it to the right trade, and only closes it when a manager has verified photographic proof.

Location, trade, priority, deadline and contractor are extracted from what you say. The photo is attached automatically.
Closed-loop defect management
Statuses run Open → In progress → Completed – awaiting verification → Closed, with Rejected for work that does not meet standard. Subcontractors cannot close their own items.
